What information do I need to provide to submit a request?
Choose the closest service and use the Description field to tell us what you need. Include links, file passwords, quantities, deadlines, or other details there if they are relevant.
Do I need to provide my account and password for purchasing memberships?
For most common Chinese apps, it is not necessary. Some special platforms may require it, and we will discuss that with you before you share anything sensitive.
Can I submit multiple requests at once?
Yes, if the requests are related. Put the details in Description. If they involve unrelated files or purchases, submitting separate requests will make processing clearer.
How do you determine the price for my request?
We review your request manually and send a quote by email. Each quote includes a detailed breakdown of the costs.
What if my request is not feasible?
If we cannot support your request, we will notify you via email. Even if we cannot complete it, we will try to provide other feasible suggestions.
What payment methods do you accept?
By default, we support PayPal and Wise. For some Southeast Asian countries, Alipay may also be possible. We determine the best payment method based on your country or region.
How will I receive the digital products or files?
For common digital products, we deliver the complete content provided by the seller. For memberships, we provide redemption links where possible. For large files or download services, we use Google Drive or other convenient delivery methods.
What if the files or products do not work as expected?
If delivery fails due to our reasons, we provide a full refund. If it is caused by a third-party seller, we can help you communicate with the seller for after-sales support.
