Hi, I'm Gabe, the person behind DigiOtter.
I'm from China and familiar with many Chinese apps, websites, payment methods, and online platform processes. I help people outside China when payment restrictions, regional limitations, account requirements, language differences, or unfamiliar procedures make it difficult to complete something on a Chinese platform.
I originally started helping users through Reddit. Most requests began with a simple conversation: someone explained what they were trying to do, I asked a few questions, and we worked out a practical way to complete it.
I created DigiOtter to give this service a clear and reliable home. The website provides a simple place to understand what I may be able to help with, see examples of previous requests, and choose a convenient way to contact me.
Each request is reviewed individually. I will clarify the details with you, explain whether I can help, and confirm the price and expected completion time before any paid work begins. If a request is very simple, or if you are genuinely having difficulty with payment, I may also be able to help at no charge.
DigiOtter is intentionally kept small and flexible. Instead of requiring every request to fit a fixed service or process, I focus on understanding what you need and finding a reasonable way to help.
I also publish guides from time to time to help with common issues people encounter when using Chinese apps and websites.
If you have a question or request involving a Chinese app or website, feel free to contact me by email or social media.
