Today, I helped someone from the UK purchase a brush from Taobao through Reddit.
After the request was completed, she kindly offered either to draw a small commission for me or to send a payment. I have helped many people purchase brushes and other digital tools before, but I had never actually asked any of those creators for a commission.
So I happily accepted.
I asked her to draw an otter for me. It felt like a fitting choice, since the otter is also the theme animal of this website.
It was a small thing, but it made me very happy.
