We help you purchase digital products on your behalf, such as Procreate brushes, filters, art assets, game resources, and more, supporting Rednote, Bilibili, and other Chinese apps and websites.

Service Process

The service process is as follows:

1. Step 1: Submit Your Request

Use the form to provide the product information (usually a product link) and your purchase requirements. If you need multiple items, please submit all of them together. If you have any questions about what to submit, feel free to email us at request@digiotter.com.

2. Step 2: Review & Quotation

Once we receive your request, we will provide a quote based on your requirements. For details, please refer to the Pricing section.

3. Step 3: Complete Payment

If you accept our quote, you can complete the payment following the instructions provided in the email.

4. Step 4: Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we will complete the purchase according to your request and deliver the products provided by the seller. The delivery method depends on the type of product.

Note: Sellers usually deliver digital products via Baidu Netdisk links. For product files under 1 GB, we can download and transfer them to you free of charge. For files larger than 1 GB, if you would like us to download them on your behalf, an additional fee corresponding to the Help Me Download Files service will apply.

Pricing

This service includes the following fees:

1. Service Fee

By default, we charge a service fee of 15% of the product cost for each item purchased, with a minimum charge of $3. For certain complex requests, if the purchase or delivery process requires additional work, we may add extra service fees and will explain the reason to you. If you submit multiple items at the same time, an additional $1 per item will be charged for each item beyond the first.

2. Cost of Goods

This fee depends on the price of the digital products you request us to purchase. The cost is converted from Chinese Yuan (CNY) to USD.

3. Transaction Fee

This fee is part of the service cost and is deducted by the payment platform from the amount we receive. We do not earn any profit from this fee. The fee varies across platforms; for example, PayPal charges significantly higher transaction fees than Wise.For full details, please see Pricing Rules.

Support

1. Full Refund

If we are unable to deliver your request, you will receive a full refund.

2. Partial Support / Post-Delivery Issues

If the request has been fully delivered but you believe the delivered product does not match the seller’s description, we offer one free after-sales assistance. If the seller agrees to a refund, we will refund the corresponding product cost, excluding the service fee and transaction fee. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

3. Important Notice

Please note that most digital products or services cannot be refunded once delivered. Carefully review product descriptions before purchase and consult the seller if necessary.
